Today's Harvest:

Although we wash all the vegetables that go in your bag, please wash them at home as well. There's bound to be some grit or insects/slugs that we miss when processing. It has been very wet lately so the slug population is building.
There is a sign on the cooler door that explains what you need to do to collect your share. Please read it and follow the instructions.
This year we have an exchange crate located on the table next to the cooler. If you'd like to trade something from your bag, please do so. Enjoy!

FULL SHARES:
2 heads lettuce
2 heads choi
bunch radish
bunch chard
bunch scallion
bunch garlic scapes*
6 oz bag spinach
cutting garden

SMALL SHARES:
1 head lettuce
1 head choi
bunch radish
bunch chard
3 oz bag spinach
small bunch garlic scapes*
cutting garden

CUTTING GARDEN: This week there is sage, Greek oregano, chives, and parsley for cutting. Each share may cut a little of each, or two larger bunches of any two herbs listed.
There is a sign pointing into the field in the direction of the cutting garden, and each herb is labeled. You may visit the cutting garden at any time during the week. The cutting garden is located below the large black mat that you can see from our driveway.
We recommend that you bring your own snips or scissors to cut, but we will have a few pair set out for you use.

*Garlic scapes are the curvy stems in your bag. They can be used in cooking in the same way you'd use garlic. They're one or two weeks early this year!
