Today's Harvest

This is the first week of the 2014 CSA harvests! Please see the previously sent informational email in regards how the pick-ups work. We have also printed instructions next to the cooler door in the back left hand corner of the barn. Don't forget to bring a bag! Shares will be ready after 3 today.

We do wash all your veggies, but please do wash them again before eating. There is bound to be grit, weeds, or insects that get through.

Full Shares —
6 oz spinach
bunch radish
bunch chard
5 oz lettuce mix
6 oz arugula
1-2 heads lettuce (size dependent) * We did find some aphids on the head lettuce while we were harvesting and did our best to wash them off, but we'd recommend rinsing the leaves again once you've cut it.

Small Shares —
